It has since become a popular choice among the many styles of pizza available. What has distinguished our pizza from others is our persistent effort at maintaining a quality and consistency which can only come from selecting the finest blends of cheeses and ingredients.
What is stuffed pizza? Stuffed Pizza is a 2 to 3 inch deep pizza pie. The construction resembles a deep-dish pizza with a yeast dough that is fitted to a large round cake pan. Tons of wonderful blended mozzarella cheese is piled inside the crust along with all-star extras of your choice, such as sausage, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc. Another round of dough is positioned atop and sealed around the edges. A thick painting of our richly flavored tomato sauce combined with a shot of grated romano cheese finishes it off. The result: Devastating and delicious, a mass of pizza goodies held together with lots of oozy mozzarella and settled down nicely with a substantial crust.
